Debbie Travis is nothing short of remarkable... she's a self-taught interior designer who marched her way up to TV sensation, starring in top rated shows like, "Debbie Travis' Facelift," and her newest project, "All For One With Debbie Travis," which airs every Sunday at 9pm on CBC.
In conjunction with Arthritis Awareness Month, Debbie is on a mission to spread the word about a little known issue: arthritis isn't just your granny's disease! Anyone at any age can develop it. Did you know that one out of every 100 Canadians suffers from psoriatic or rheumatoid arthritis? That's a staggering 300,000 people. It most often appears in people between 25 and 50 years of age and affects three times more women than men.
Regardless, nobody should have to suffer from this inflammatory condition. Like a house's foundation, we must bear in mind that it's critical to take care of our own foundations: our bodies.
