September Shape Up
Physical fitness is important to me. Working out has to be inked into my crazy schedule. Single mom...2 shows a day...plus all the things we need to do to make life wonderful for our families (!) You know how exhausting all this can be. But without regular exercise, I notice a huge difference in my moods, my sleep and my ability to deal with everyday stresses without getting really irritated.
At the beginning of the summer, I began working out with Sam Maniatis of Total Home Training...you know Sam, he’s on Ric and Suzanne every other Monday to talk about fitness. By working with the Total Home Training team, my strength has improved dramatically, I have fewer aches and pains plus my agility and energy levels have shot up. And, yea, the clothes fit a bit better, too.
With the arrival of September, it’s time to change things up for two important reasons: 1) to keep up my motivation, and 2) to let some new muscles reap the benefits of working out.
Sam and I spoke about this and he has come up with a morning “boot camp” Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am for about 45 minutes. I’m there every Monday and Wednesday. We spoke about the “camp” during the show Monday Sept 17 (don’t let the name scare you, btw, it’s basically interval training) And by the time the show was finished I had already received several emails for more information. So here’s what you do....go to:

That’s how you connect with Sam...see the program details and schedule. And I hope to see you there!
No matter what, I hope you’ll be able to fit some regular exercise into your routine. If you need some tips on how, you can always tune into Ric & Suzanne Monday afternoons when we talk fitness!
