The question itself, many argue, is dishonest. There shouldn't be any gender lines drawn when it comes to humour; funny is funny.

But there is still a stereotype that female comedians are somehow biologically disadvantaged when it comes to humour. Comedienne's Deanne Smith and Eman certainly proved critics wrong today in a chat with Ric & Suzanne.

Eman is the founder of She's Canadian, Eh! - a female comedy festival in its second year and happening this weekend (Oct. 4-6 at Bar Privateer).
