Thanksgiving turkey and wine pairings from Globe
Globe head chef Jean-François Baril and sommelier Simon Duval joined Ric & Suzanne today to chat about some ideal Thanksgiving turkey and wine pairings heading into the long weekend.
Baril served a chicken-fried turkey (he cuts the bird up in pieces first, instead of frying the whole thing at once!) and Duval provided two excellent wine suggestions (all available at the SAQ):
