What's your favorite line from the movies, EVER?

Its Oscar weekend and we want to know.  Screenwriter Aaron Sorkin was asked to name one of his favorite movie lines, and he did them one better giving them what he called THE BEST movie line of all time.  According to him its "We're gonna need a bigger boat."
