Olympic Bronze Medal Winner Mark Oldershaw
What a story! Mark is the fifth Oldershaw to represent Canada in the Olympics over the years and the first of the family to win a medal. His grandfather, Bert, competed in the 1948 London games. His father Scott and uncles Dean and Reed were also Olympians. He talked to me a few hours after winning the Bronze for the 1000 meter canoe event. You can listen to the conversation on the player below his picture. That is, you can listen to the interview right up until the moment we lost our connection to Mark's cell phone in London.
