Is it just me?  Don't you think someone in the group shooting this video (near half a million views on YouTube as of this writing) should have helped the woman?  Sure, she might have been a fool to try crossing the street-turned-rapids, but to cheer when she fell and do nothing after she floated out of view seems cold to me.  Knocked down by debris, she was wet, cold and embarrassed after her ordeal, and save for ripped jeans, was not injured, thankfully.
