A picture worth a thousand words in any language.

What is the SAQ advertising here?  I think a heaping helping of hypocracy.

@Bev this reminds me of a couple of years ago when the OLFers went the first time after the Swiss Vienna Bakery for displaying the word welcome in every possible language on their storefront. It went to court... at the same time the Quebec Tourist Board had a propaganda poster with a carricature of a man with a speach bubble that had written exactly the same thing in different languages in it. Duhhh

@Le Québécois @ Le Quebecois....I don't get you, if you hate English speaking people so much why do you even comment on this station? Would it not be better for you to focus your efforts on a French web site or radio station? People like you with your horse blinders on don't get it do you. You want to know what our problem is with people of your mentality is? "Being told what we can or cannot do". Maybe you should grow a pair and get out and see the world. As a former member of the forces I have had the opportunity to see, Hate and intolerance develop into death and destruction. I have been in a place called Sarajevo which hosted the winter Olympics one time, Where people lived together in harmony, when we passed through there...It was nothing but tanks and artillery pointed into the city center, why? Guess what? Because of idiots like you spouting your big mouths off.
I have suggestion for you Le Quebecois maybe you should put on a uniform and go see the world or if you are too much of a whimp to do that, Get on a plane and see the world. If you are incapable of doing either then shut your big mouth. Because I’m calling you out for the Big mouth FAKE! you are.

I think that I will register a complaint with the OLFQ about this. I would like to see the language police showing up at each outlet showing this sign.
What do you call 1500 fines for the SAQ?.......
    A good start!!!

Last page of flyer says "cocktail" isn't that suppose to be "queue de coq" and that Saint-Patrick wow did you know that product of Ireland in english and produit D'Irelande is the same size letters and english is first..imported-importe and they have the gall to change Ireland's name into french..Lucky they aren't in Belfast.
After a few shots of Jameson or le fils de James, I don't think anything matters..just $$$$$ not language. to the S.A.Q...

    @ CJ

I'll let you in on a little secret: our friend Mr.Quebecois and our other friend Umaga are one in the same person. There; cat's out of the bag. He/she is what's known as a troll - google it and you'll get it. You should know this: his/her purpose is to instigate tumult; he/she purposely provokes, insults, aggravates, etc.t and then stands back while we all react wildly. He/she offers no insight or critical thought; because he/she, quite simply, is incapable of it.

Hope that helps to clear things up a little.

@Stan Thanks for the info Stan, was just fed up seeing this cat spout his/her mouth off.

@Stan "Mr.Quebecois and our other friend Umaga are one in the same person"

Not true, but unfortunately I cannot prove it to you so continue fantasizing.
Just to let you know, there are more of us then you think.

Read the gazette on the net there are even more people like me commenting.

"He/she offers no insight or critical thought; because he/she, quite simply, is incapable of it."
I don't agree on this one

Thanks for pointing out the hypocracy. There not going to fine SAQ because its government own and the managers are francophones. This law is design to attack minority groups. Because we all know if Italian restaurants keep putting the word pasta and adding an extra f on the word cafe. One day Quebec will be dominated by the Italian language.*Eyes Rolling*
