News Panel: Student Drama
A new feature on Viewpoints this show: we're opening with a roundtable on the big stories of the week.
The past few days, a couple of striking student stories (pardon the pun) came up: a Dawson student expelled for finding an online security flaw, McGill requesting the power to waive some ATI requests, a new student group that wants to limit student groups and more money woes for Concordia.
So we assembled student panelists to weigh in:
Queen Arsem-O'Malley, coordinating editor of the McGill Daily student newspaper
Morgan Crockett, VP Advocacy at the Dawson Student Union
Alex Meterissian, Sherbrooke law student and VP finance of Fondation 1625, an advocacy group seeking to limit the
power of student unions in Quebec
