This won't come as a major shock but a lot of people are not satisfied with air travel.
The University of Michigan did some number crunching and found that airline passengers give the industry a score of 69 points out of 100. The study says people who fly see airlines the same way as they do the taxman. And that's
not very good.
The most commons complaints are in-flight service and the comfort (or lack thereof) of the seats.
My biggest complaint is about the seats. It would be very nice to have at least a little more leg-room. At least a little more so you don't feel cramped for however long your flight is.
When you fly, what bothers you the most?
