This is out of New York City, where a taxi driver has been suspended for wearing a Nazi armband. He says it's his right to wear it, invoking the First Amendment.
Gabriel Diaz also says he doesn't hate Jewish people and that the public has been lied to about Adolf Hitler.
Diaz was suspended for 30 days. But why just a suspension? If this person worked for me, he'd no longer be working for me. If I was the boss, how could I pay someone who feels this way? I couldn't.
Diaz told CBS News: “I used to believe that Hitler was this evil guy who wanted to rule the world, but we were wrong.” He went on to say that he changed his mind after reading some independent websites.
Does this man deserve to be fired? Absolutely!
