The jury in the trial of Emma Czornobaj is deliberating on a verdict this week.
The 25-year-old was charged with two counts of criminal negligence in a collision that caused the deaths of a father and daughter. Czornobaj had stopped in the left hand line to rescue a group of ducklings when a motorcycle carrying André Roy and his daughter crashed in to the back of her car.
The jury was given another option yesterday: to convict Czornobaj of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, a lesser offence.
Where do you think the jury will side? What would justice in this case look like to you?
