Montreal Impact Sporting Director Nick De Santis says other players may simply have to make the most of the opportunity.  That opportunity is someone else's painful loss of playing time.

Bernardo Corradi, the club's top scorer will be out for up to 6 months after suffering a torn knee ligament.  Corradi is determined to come back but no one can say for sure that the aging striker will be healty for 2013.

De Santis says no deals are imminent to bring in any instant scoring punch for the Impact, who are struggling to score goals in their debut MLS season.

De Santis also discussed the Montano incident, saying though their player is a "victim" who was wrong to call Montreal a "rascist city".  Montano apologized after tweeting about bigotted treatment by an STM worker.
