Two days after the impact and head coach Jesse Marsch parted ways, the team has named Mauro Biello its interim head coach.

Biello's assistants are Mike Sorber and Dennis Hamlett. Biello is a former standout platyer with the Impact. He'll handle head coaching duties while the team plays a series of exhibition games in Italy.

The team left Montreal last night for Italy.
