Howard Krupp, the man who was picked up by police in Kirkland a couple of weeks ago for harassing schoolchildren, has been arrested again — this time, outside Laval's Hillcrest Academy.
The 67-year-old was released on bail after being charged with two counts of harrassing children getting off of school buses.
On Wednesday of last week, he was picked up outside Hillcrest Academy, while sitting in his car.
The school, meantime, sent a note to parents two days later advising them of the arrest, and reminding parents and children to be careful around strangers.
More than a decade ago, Krupp was given an 18-month conditional sentence for possession of child pornography.
