Quebec moves one step closer to centralized daycare waiting list

The Marois government says that by the end of 2015, the process of getting your child on daycare waiting lists will be easier.

It's creating a centralized province-wide and on Monday, the government announced who'll be managing it.

The new centralized database will allow parents to sign up to one large list encompassing the entire province, instead of several smaller, regional lists, and will force all the province's daycares to sign onto the new list.

Currently, just 40 per cent of them are.

The list will cost $2 million to implement, and by the time the system is implemented in December 2015, there will also be more daycare spaces.

The list will cost $2 million to implement. Will this be on earth or some where in space. At this cost and time, it must be in space.
