Airport workers stage noontime protest

Blue-collar workers at Trudeau and Mirabel airports staged noon-hour protests today against lagging contract talks.

The workers deal with general maintenance and runway snow removal, and they've been without a contract for the past year.

The union rejected a contract offer last week.

Contract talks are stalled on several points, including wages and the possibility of outsourcing of some services.
