The winter is off to a rough start with lots of snow and cold, and weather specialists say we'll be hit with another major storm on Sunday — although no one knows precisely what we'll see falling.
A system will begin bringing us some light snow Thursday night and by the end of the day Friday we'll have 10 to 15 centimeters on the ground.
On Saturday things will be a little calmer with just a few flurries, but a complex storm will hit Sunday.
CTV weather specialist Lori Graham says we're not sure if it'll bring us snow, freezing rain or a bit of both — but it'll be messy.
"Temperatures will be hovering right around the freezing mark, so we could get a little bit of everything on Sunday," she says, "and it all depends on the exact track of this storm."
If you're travelling for the holidays, she recommends postponing your road trips until Monday if you can — and keep tuning in to get the latest weather forecast.
