The wedding is on.
The ceremony planned for Saturday at St James United church downtown will go ahead, even though the church is dealing with the aftermath of a flood.
A pipe burst, which caused flooding and brought the heating to a halt.
But, now heaters are being brought in for the afternoon wedding.
In fact, the whole church may be heated this weekend.
"We're also hoping that with a rented boiler, that we didn't know existed until this afternoon, that we may even have the full church up and heated by tomorrow afternoon or on Sunday", said Reverend Arlen Bonnar in an interview with CJAD News Friday evening.
Flood damage is estimated at roughly a quarter of a million dollars.
The church has been recovering from a fire a year and a half ago.
