The United States Secret Service has arrested a man after he attempted to climb over a fence surrounding the White House. The incident prompted a lockdown after two bags he had in his possession were deemed to be “suspicious.”

The Explosive Ordinance Division of Washington D.C.’s Metropolitan Police Department is currently making their way to White House to screen the bags.

President Barack Obama is presently in Lansing, Michigan where he is signing a landmark farming bill.
