Man to be charged in Terrebonne murders

A 22-year-old man faces two charges of first degree murder in the deaths of two people yesterday in Terrebonne, including his own father.

The bodies of 54-year-old Luc Gélinas and 35-year-old Julie Lemieux were found in a home on Pierre-Le-Gardeur yesterday morning.

Guillaume Gélinas will be arraigned over the phone and will then make a court appearance on Monday in Joliette.

Autopsies were done on the victims' bodies this afternoon.
