Friday morning the Sûreté du Québec said its investigation into the deaths of Julie Lemieux, 35, and Luc Gélinas, 54, was continuing.

The couple was found murdered in their Terrebonne home on Pierre-Le Gardeur Boul. on Thursday morning. Reports said they were stabbed.

Police named the son of the man, Guillaume Gélinas, 22, as an important witness Thursday and Friday, they told CJAD they had spoken with everyone they need to. Reports also said the son served in the Canadian army.

Friday, police said no charges had been laid in the case.

Autopsies will be performed on the bodies.

Co-workers called police when the pair, who worked at the SAQ, failed to show up at the office Thursday.
