Marois says no to revised English debate offer

The answer is no.

Premier Marois says she won't take part in an English debate even if she's allowed to speak French.

CJAD News asked her at the news conference introducing Pierre Karl Peladeau as a PQ candidate if she'd accept.

Earlier, she declined to take part in English saying she's still not comfortable enough to do so.

CJAD has been part of an anglo media group pushing for a 90-minute English faceoff.

She's scared to do another one, whether it be in French or English - too much to lose.

How can anyone vote for her and her so-called party? They have hatred for anyone non-french. They must laugh at all the ethnics who have been brain washed pq into voting for them.

Hold one anyway without her. It will be a more interesting debate.

GOOD.....the English vote doesn't need to hear her drivel anyways

What exactly is she afraid of?

Of course she will say no. Even if she could speak PERFECT english, she has NO platform that shows in any way, how she will bring much needed reforms to the healthcare system, no solid plan to bring in new business, no comment whatsoever on how she would deal with the massive corruption issues that are so pervasive here in Quebec.

To her it makes no difference whether she does the debate or not, she's not getting any Anglo votes anyways and she knows that

The nerve of this person. I am so disgusted with this government and their completely ridiculous insistence to reject anything other than french and separatist. What is going on ? How can she refuse to communicate with Anglos and get away with it ? We need to pull together and get this government overthrown. This is crazy. We are living in a province we helped build but are being treated like garbage by our supposed leader because of our language es of choice. Let s get her out. There will be no greater satisfaction than to see her out on her butt. Ridiculous. Carl

She wont get any English votes but all of us English people need to vote, and hopefully it not split up neater, that she gets enough seats, meaning that if the English vote half Liberal and half the other party she will get enough votes from the french to get in. We need to find a way to make shure that she will not get majority vote or even enough to get in.
