PQ offices hit with graffiti

Longugeuil police are investigating two incidences of graffiti vandalism, both aimed at the PQ.

One was apparently aimed at Quebec cabinet minister and secularism charter architect Bernard Drainville.

At some point overnight. police say, someone spraypainted swastikas over pictures of Pauline Marois at the PQ's riding office in Taillon.

The Marie-Victorin riding office of Bernard Drainville on Chemin de Chambly was also hit, with messages reading "Drainville out" and "Don't touch my kippa."

Both offices are in Longueuil.

Looks like this was created intentionally to stir up the issue over charter of values. Probably a planned propaganda

Vandalism never solved anything. Just go to the campaign rallies and ask about her husband and the Charboneau Commission is she testifying too ? Ask her about her house she built and had the land rezoned so she can build it . That will get her goat

This could very well be a clear act of vandalism in which the end does not justify the means (something the PQ does not believe in or practice); however, there remains a part of me that still whispers that this could have been deliberately staged to, once again, create an atmosphere of divisiveness and consequently gain the sympathies of voters that may be sitting on the fence at present. There has been too much strategically devised PR campaigns set forth by the PQ in their drive towards a majority vote and eventual separation to make me at least suspect otherwise. If it is a simple act of vandalism, we should address it as such and denounce the act in favour of better expressing our beliefs in a more appropriate public manner.

As much as I hate the PQ...I hate this even more.
We are better than this. We should not stoop to the PQ's level

another isolated incident and they always call the attacks on our citizens over 40 yrs. Meanwhile could have been done by nearly half the population that disagree completely with the pq.
We would not be surprised they did it themselves to blame the english communities.
