Fatima Houda Pepin says she doesn't feel used by the Parti Quebecois' support

Fatima Houda Pepin says she's a Liberal and a federalist and doesn't feel like she's being used by the Parti Quebecois.

The former Liberal MNA is getting support from the PQ as she runs independently in the south shore riding of La Piniere.

She had a fallout with the Liberals over the secularism charter.

The PQ says her support of portions of the charter is vital and wants to make it easier for her to be elected.

Houda Pepin says she sees this is a way to advance her cause; suppporting a charter banning symbols, including for police.

The PQ placed a distant third in La Piniere in 2012.

I have the greatest respect for Mme Pepin. However this election is critical and our riding MUST vote Liberal. A vote for her is a vote for the PQ!
