Another St. Patrick's weekend embarrassment for Toronto mayor Rob Ford.
The latest incident, captured on video Saturday night in downtown Toronto, was obtained from a suburbuan Toronto woman by CTV. It shows the Ford in a suit wearing St. Patrick's Day beads, swearing in front of the woman's teenage son, and speaking and walking erratically outside of city hall.
The next day, Ford attended Toronto's St. Patrick's parade, where he was greeted with a mix of cheers and boos. When asked by reporters about the video, Ford did not directly address what was on the tape.
