The Montreal police arson squad have taken over the investigation into an overnight fire in Saint-Leonard.

Firefighters were initially called to a gated parking lot on Louis-Sicard Street to find the truck on fire.

No one was injured, but the fire department wasn't able to determine a cause, which is why the police force is investigating to determine if the fire was set by a criminal.

"There are no witnesses at this time," said Constable Danny Richer with Montreal police.
