PQ leader Pauline Marois says she won't disclose her latest income tax return or financial holdings as Quebec Liberal Leader Philippe Couilard has suggested.
At a campaign stop in north shore Blainville, Marois said she's already done so - back in 2012 during the provincial election.
She said she already handed in her tax return and details of her financial assets, along with those of her businessman husband Claude Blanchet, adding that nothing has changed since then and the premier's salary is common knowledge.
She added that the information is in the hands of the government's new ethics commissioner and that is good enough for her.
Marois said that Couillard, by making such a demand, is putting into question the integrity of the ethics commissioner.
She also accused Couillard of creating another diversion because he has nothing of substance to offer Quebec voters.
