Landslide damages homes in Laurentian town

A landslide has damaged a total of six buildings in the Laurentian town of Lac-des-Seize-Iles.

It happened just after noon Tuesday. Provincial police can't say for sure if anyone was hurt, but spokesperson Gino Paré says the affected homes were summer residences, and that it was unlikely there was anyone in them.

The force will tour the area, just to make sure.
