More roadwork, more detours on the approach to the Champlain Bridge

Starting Friday, May 9 and continuing through the following Wednesday, May 14, there will be more work to set up the first phase of reconstruction work on the main viaduct at the Champlain Bridge exit, which will once again mean overnight closures of the stretch of highway 15 approaching the bridge.

On Friday night and Saturday night, the northbound portion of Highway 15 will be shut down, and a detour set up via Exit 58 of the Bonaventure Expressway, from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The southbound portion of the 15 will be closed off on Monday and Tuesday nights.

Several access ramps will also be closed while the main road is closed to traffic.
