WATCH: Vandalism at Longueuil school bus company

Police in Longueuil are investigating after about 50 school buses were vandalized in a lot in the overnight hours on Thursday night.

The Marie-Victorin school board says bus routes serving 37 elementary and high schools were affected Friday morning, though the schools are open.

Police spokesperson Mark David says they got a call just after 5:30 this morning about the vandalism at the Autobus Longueuil depot on Jacques-Cartier Blvd. W. in the Old Longueuil borough.

"We're speaking about broken windows, broken doors on the vehicles, and fire extinguishers that would have been emptied on the buses," David says.

Just a thought, but are there presently labour problems at the company?
