Dale Weise out of Habs' lineup for Game 6

Prust returns; Emelin doubtful

The Canadiens will be without forward Dale Weise for tonight's crucial game 6 against the Rangers at Madison Square Garden.

Coach Michel Therrien would only say Weise is suffering from "a body injury".

Weise took a shot to the head from Rangers' defenceman John Moore in the third period of Game 5. He emerged woozy after the hit.

Moore was ejected for the hit and given a major penalty. He was also given a two-game suspension from the NHL.

Brandon Prust will return to the Canadiens' lineup, having served his two-game suspension for the hit on Derek Stepan in Game 3.

Meanwhile, it's not clear whether defenceman Alexei Emelin will play tonight. He's suffering from an unspecified injury, and it will be a game-time decision as to whether he'll be in the lineup.

Ironically, the man the Canadiens sent to Vancouver in exchange for Weise, defenceman Raphael Diaz, will see his first action of the series, replacing Moore.

The Habs' former No. 61 played just six games with the Canucks before being dealt to New York.
