More legal wrangling today for the former head of a Quebec construction empire ordered to testify at the Charbonneau commission.
Tony Accurso is hoping to avoid taking the stand at the public inquiry.
The commission wants to question him about a number of things, including possible connections to organized crime.
Among other things, he's been mentioned at the commission as a high level beneficiary of contracts from the city of Montreal.
As well, vacation guests on his yacht, including union leaders,and politicians.
His name has also been mentioned following corruption allegations in Laval.
Accurso faces fraud charges.
