According to Protegez vous' Agnes Delevault, chocolate is very good for you - provided it's dark chocolate and taken in moderation.
Delevault says dark chocolate is better for you than green or black tea, and is packed with flavonoids which helps prevent cardiovascular disease.
The guide, currently available only as an iPad app, contains information and recipes on 30 so-called "superfoods."
