Pincourt arena development can continue

Construction on the Pincourt arena has been given the all clear to proceed

Quebec Superior Court has ruled development can continue on the building that's been sitting abandoned for about a decade.

The judge rejected a request to block the sale of the property.

Work on the sports complex ceased in February after a preliminary injunction was issued preventing the developer from selling the arena property.

There could still be an appeal.
