Quebec superstar Céline Dion has a new manager.

Her husband Réné Angélil, who has managed the singer since her teens, is resigning as CEO of Feeling Productions, but will stay on as president.

Aldo Giampaolo, who has worked as a high-ranking executive with Evenko and the Cirque de Soleil is taking over, and will also leave his current post as head of Quebecor Media's entertainment and sports division.

The announcement sparked renewed rumors on social media about the state of Angélil's health.

The 72-year-old Angélil has battled throat cancer in the past. On Dec. 23 of last year, he underwent surgery to remove a tumor from his throat — following a similar operation in 1999.
