Boil water advisory for some Île-Perrot residents

Parts of Île-Perrot are under a boil water order until Saturday, June 14 after a water main break on 7th Ave. between Montée Sagala and Boulevard Perrot.

Residents who live between 23rd Ave. and Highway 20, in Île-Perrot North, on Île-Claude and Île-Bellevue are advised to boil their water for at least one minute before drinking it, brushing teeth, or using it to prepare food.

Unboiled tap water can still be used to wash clothes, shower, and wash dishes as long as the water is hot and the dishes are dried before using them.

The full notice can be found on the town's website. Updates to the boil water order will also be posted online.
