Teenager recovering following stabbing in St-Hubert

Longueuil police combed a St-Hubert neighbourhood early this morning after a teenage boy was stabbed during a robbery.

Policed were alerted by the boy's father shortly, after his son staggered into their home bleeding from a stab wound to the upper body.

The attack happened in a residential neighbourhood at the intersection of Redmond near Maricourt in the St-Hubert District.

Investigators say robbery appears to be the motive for the attack.

The boy's bicycle was stolen.

Police officers and the K-9 unit searched the area but the suspect remains at large.

I think I may know who did it, there's this one guy who hangs around that block and doesn't stop asking strangers for cigarettes (He also seems to have a mental illness). Sadly with no description of the dude I can't be 100% sure if its him...
