Trois-Rivieres teen pleads guilty to triple-murder

One of the two teenagers accused in the shocking murders of three young people in Trois-Rivieres in February has pleaded guilty.

The boy, who was 16 years old at the time, pleaded guilty to the murders of a 17-year-old girl, the girl's 17-year-old boyfriend and 22-year-old older sister, who was calling 9-1-1 for help.

He also pleaded guilty to charges of conspiring to kill the girls' mother and two police officers.

The killings happened one morning on Sicard St. in Trois-Rivieres. It appears the younger girl has spurned his romantic advances.

Meanwhile, a 17-year-old boy who had gone to the house with him that morning faces similar charges.
