Ex-PQ leader hired as special adviser to Liberal environment minister

Reports are suggesting that former PQ leader Andre Boisclair has been hired by Liberal environment minister David Huertel to advise him on climate change issues.

Boisclair himself served as environment minister in the former government of premier Bernard Landry.

He most recently served as the province's official representative in New York City.

Come on! Even the Liberals are keeping this guy with tax payer money. Hire me for the job. I will charge half the price and I can provide just as much information. Or even better, just hire some students. When will this guy get off the payroll.

It's beginning to look a lot like Quebec Television. All the same faces in constant rotation. I guess Boisclair can do high quality anything for anybody. Some Quebecers don't have a good pension plan and some Quebecers have many but don't even need one because they'll always have yet another great job.

Give him all the jobs and appointments on all of the committees and all the Quebec gov't postings and all of their pensions and then let him lead all of the parties consecutively or concurrently. He is, I assume from his growing CV, an expert on everything.

This kind of stuff will keep going on until taxpayers find a way to make politicians more liable for their actions while on our dime.
