Cops eventually track down speedy biker on the 40

A motorcyclist who was clocked by police going down Highway 40 at more than 200 kilometres an hour managed to outrun police on the roads early Friday morning — but eventually, police caught up with him after he thought he had safely made it home.

Officers first noticed the biker at around 3 a.m. at Cote de Liesse Rd., and started giving chase.

The motorcyclist refused to pull over and then led police west onto Highway 13, all the way north to Highway 440 in Laval, where he managed to lose police — at least momentarily.

Police managed to catch up with the 32-year-old biker at his Laval home at around 4 a.m. He faces charges of dangerous driving and evading police.

Whatever the cops charge this piece of crap with is not enough. When an idiot like this puts the public in jeopardy, the bike should be seized for good, license suspended for at least 2 years and a $10,000.00 fine.
