The Quebec City family of Marilyn Bergeron has been without answers since 2008.

Bergeron, 24 at the time, went missing on February 17th, 2008 after telling her famiy she was going for a walk - she never returned.

At the request of Quebec City investigators, Sun Youth has extended its reward for any information into the young woman's whereabouts until January 13, 2015.

The reward is set at $10,000.

"The Quebec City Police Service judge that the reward offer will still be of great use to receive information from the public allowing them to make their investigation progress," Sun Youth said in a statement. "Her family and friends are still suffering from her absence."

On that February morning, Bergeron attempted to take out $60 from a bank machine. Then, later in that afternoon, she used her credit card to buy coffee at a Café Depot in St. Romuald, 20 kilometres from her parents' home.
