Source: La Presse

Three Montreal police officers are being discplined for their conduct following the 2005 high-speed chase and arrest of Anne-Marie Péladeau.

That decision by Quebec’s police ethics commission ruled the officers used exessive force.

Police pursued Péladeau, a member of Quebec's well-known Peladeau family, and Eric Kennedy, after they stole a pack of cigarettes.

Sanctions will be announced at a later date.
