Plateau's fire hydrant water fountains to return

PHOTO: PLATEAU MONT-ROYAL BOROUGH

Those two fire hydrant water fountains will be back in the Plateau.

The "Borneos" were installed July 10th at the corner of St. Laurent and Mont-Royal, and the corner of De Brébeuf and Mont-Royal.

They were removed earlier this week.

The fire department has requested that the fountain system be modified before they can be put back.

It's not clear, for the moment, when the fountains will be reinstalled.

In usual fashion, let's do things twice. In Quebec, this is called "job creation". Pathetic.
