More charges against Sherbrooke father in child abuse case

Child sex charges have been laid against the Sherbrooke father of a 5-year-old boy — who, along with his wife — is already facing abuse charges.

The 34-year-old man now faces charges of incest, sexual assault, sexual touching and invitation to sexual contact against the couple's young daughters.

The crimes are alleged to have taken place between november 2005 and last month.

The parents are already charged with failing to provide the necessities of life, criminal negligence causing injury, assault and illegal confinement — all in relation to their 5-year-old son.
