Osheaga organizers said they're proud of the success the ninth edition of the festival saw over three days in Montreal.
At a press conference Sunday, Jacques Aubé the Director General of evenko said Osheaga took the city by storm this year, and it's a pretty amazing feeling.
This year added a sixth stage which allowed more performances for the packed crowd at Parc Jean-Drapeau.
Organizers said they are hearing more and more groups mention Osheaga as their favourite festival.
They would not confirm any plans of expanding and allowing more fans to join the festivities.
The three-day music blowout on Île Ste Helene draws 45,000 fans a year. There's some thought of increasing that to 60,000 by expanding the concert viewing area.
Something that is making some folks a little antsy.
Aubé said he doesn't know if it's better to have 60,000 people or make the experience better for the 45,000 already attending.
