Laval facing multi-million dollar lawsuit

Laval is facing probably the most expensive lawsuit in its' history.

Two contractors are going after the city for $ 64 million due to the cancellation of the luxury condominium project Commodore.

Lawyers for Aldo Construction and Construction Lafleur said they "intend to demonstrate that the City of Laval, wrongfully and unlawfully acted to prevent the realization of the plan.

The lawsuit was filed yesterday at Laval town hall.
