Montreal Police detained 63 people at the IleSoniq music festival at Parc Jean-Drapeau on Saturday.
Of the 63 people, five were minors. All were detained for illicit drugs.
The 63 people were refused access to the festival, and in some cases could face criminal charges.
Montreal Police spokesperson Danny Richer said 14 police officers joined the event's security agents to help search bags at the entrances.
On Friday a knife and set of brass knuckles were seized.
Richer said 112 people were detained over the two day festival, seven were minors.
