A former Quebec construction boss, whose name has been mentioned continously at the Charbonneau commission, is scheduled to testify for a week beginning September 2nd.
Tony Accurso has fought all the way to the Supreme Court in a bid to avoid taking the the stand, but has failed.
The highest court refused to hear his case.
Accurso may testify behind closed doors or there could a publication ban.
He could be arrested if he decides not to testify.
The hearings were to resume August 25th, but will instead start again in early September.
