Montreal police are asking for the public's help in finding a 17-year-old boy who's been missing since Sunday evening.
Yong Xin Zhang was separated from his mother on a visit to Notre Dame Basilica in Old Montreal at around 8 o'clock that evening, and hasn't been seen since.
Police say the St. Henri resident didn't have a phone, money or a bus pass at the time, and suggest it is unlike him to disappear without somehow informing his family.
He was wearing dark coloured jeans and a blue shirt when he was last seen.
He stands 5'8" tall and weighs about 130 lbs. He speaks English, French and Cantonese.
Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is being asked to phone police at 9-1-1.
